A half tray has 8 to 12 servings and the full tray has 20 to 24 servings. Orders typically take up to 48 hours to be fulfilled/delivered. Private dining or in small groups has come to stay and Blacque chef is our service for just that. The service hosts 2 - 30 guests. There are three main packages to select from on the seasonal menu and a specially crafted tasting menu with some infused courses.
